that blonde girl is a Playmobil figure and the cowboy hat is from a Woody figure

Do you mean the little girl with A on her dress?..They are too old, and they are both marked Made in Hong Kong and the hat is made from plastic from the 1960's and 70's...

well you should've put the details of the items in your original post, just trying to help. and i know its made out of plastic, duh! plus everything is made in hong kong or made in china
