So far the extra "umph" that pushes a figure to the ultimate treatment comes from the special window-flap box and more accessories than usual. Like the ultimate T2 T-800 which came with 2 more guns than this figure (one of those being the minigun), 3 heads instead of just 2, and the box. Similarly both first movie ultimates came with 3 heads, 3 guns, and alternate hands. It's really the box though that makes them "ultimate," that and the slight price markup.

Be awesome if NECA could make shotgun/bullet effects like they did for the Vasquez Alien figure's weapon. So the weapons could simulate muzzle flashes. And like they made plasma blast effects for the Pred's plasma casters.

Fantastic piece. I am on the verge of giving up on Marvel Legends and just collect movie merch. It is so great seeing actors likeness from NECA. Shame Hssbro won't invest in more accurate sculpts.

When money is tight, I must choose value and it seems NECA has won my money over. This looks great!

Damn that's still an awesome scene. Even knowing the T-800 is the good guy in the movie seeing him walk down that hallway and whip out that shotgun is super intense.

Me too. I've been scouring AC Moore and Michael's with no luck so far. Most hobby shops are long gone in my area. I'm hoping to find some before mine comes in.

I was actually about to look in both of those stores, so thanks for saving me the trip. I've often found dollhouse miniatures to be in-scale with GI Joe stuff (they make for fantastic dio pieces), but I don't usually see them big enough for NECA-sized figures, sadly. I might have to get crafty and find a way to make roses myself from scratch.
