Thor became unworthy i think the 'marvel now' universe and Jane became the new thor , i think his hammer picked her.

Sam Wilson Cap has me a little worried. It looks like his elbow joints use the old school Toy Biz method of 1to1 instead of the more sturdy 2to1 joint elbow. I really hope that's not the case, because the 1to1 style breaks way too easily. Hope that's a paint mistake that only makes it look like that.

Falcon Cap.A i dont want to particularly see but reckon he'll turn up as soon as they've done falcon as either movie or comic version
that being said they might make falcon to take the mantle in MCU or bucky depends what happens in civil war

Is the actual Thor a specific look? It looks a bit like the "Young" Thor from the three Thor (Young/Unworthy, Avenger, Old King) storyline from the God of Thunder comic series before the terrible idea of changing things up happened.

However, he does have Mjolnir instead of Jarnbjorn.
