Are these the same cost as the other ones? I may exchange them out for them instead.

I think we're gonna need some more pictures. The fact that they store the weapons in the shell sounds kind of crappy to me. Idk. Maybe I'm wrong.

These are the 5" version? I've seen the 11" ones.

They should be exactly like the original shell storage turtles from the 80's, except.. the newer models no? The storage thing was a gimmick for kids that worked then, but as a collector, I won't replace my current lineup with these, even for the new faces.

Not bad! Cartoon accurate sculpts on new bodies as well. I may be getting these though I have to say I prefer the original releases. There is a lot of detail in those sculpts I really like. Really though I don't know why people seem to think the storage shell thing will make these toys BAD or something. Unless the shells are over-sized and stick WAY the hell out the back or have giant hinges that ruin the aesthetic (which so far it does not look like that is the case)then really, you can just leave the shell closed.

Watched a review on YouTube... These r not 4 inch scale. They're the same size of the 5 inch scale originals. Exited for about 2 min...only 3.75 an 4" figs for me.

I personally can't wait to find them - and I have no intention of getting rid of my wave one versions, either. For those who are unsure, here's a couple reviews of them with comparisons to their wave one counterparts:

Leo & Raph

Mikey & Donnie

I have no idea where you got the idea that these would be 4". Everything else that Playmates has released for the Nick TMNT line has been 5"-scale or larger.

If anyone doesn't want to drive around looking for them, they are in stock on Amazon for $11.99 with the free shipping option. Ordered all 4 this morning.

Picked up all four from Walmart today @ $8.88 each. I thought about only getting Leo and Raph first and Donnie and Mikey later. But then I realized that Black Thursday/Friday is nearly upon us and I probably won't find them again for another month or more.

Found these guys last week at a TRU in Shoreview, MN. Two Leo's, two Mikey's one Raph and one Don. So I bought a complete set and I love these guys. So much more accurate. Leo's swords are too thin though. They don't stay in his hands.
