Likely swivel wrists. Since it's a vinyl figure, articulation will be very minimal.

Oh I'm dumb and didn't read the description that there's 2 pairs of hands. Vinyl is interesting and not plastic? Have they done vinyl figures before? On the fence but the price is only $430 at BBTS.
