I'll just watch the movies again. I do hope this foundation receives as much money as possible though, Michael J. and anyone similarly afflicted deserve the help.

I think for the most part, the shoes are just a nice bonus. The people who are bidding probably already had intentions to donate in the 10s of thousands at the very least and this nice collectible piece is just a little thank-you to Michael J. Fox's friends who are no doubt among the bidders.

seems like we got some sneaker buffs, anybody able to tell me what these are and what a fair market price would be, I stuck $50 on em each, as I know they're rare, never found these lebron's on ebay so not sure which series they are, and the jordan's I believe are 8's. Size 10 for the jordan and size 11 for the lebrons, anybody interested let me know.

I'm by no means a shoe buff, but this is an awesome idea and if I had the coin, I'd definitely go for a pair. But I'm very happy for the MJF. These auctions should bring in a ton of money for a great cause.
Good luck to any bidders out there, and if you're an Arker, I better see some pics if you win. ![]()

I'm still waiting for Mattel to make a working hover board.
In all seriousness, this is a pretty nifty cross collectible. I hope they end up raising a lot of money. |

Ok, I'll say it, these look hideous lol
They look like shoes for kids with the light up soles and what not, maybe its too "futuristic" for my liking, but no...especially not for how much they're going for...5000+ Very happy they're making money for a worthy cause, but I honestly couldn't see myself wearing these or spending that much these shoes... |

Just checked it out on ebay......the way these things are selling, a single pair is worth almost as much as my car. I'll be content just looking, thank you Nike.
I think its a wonderful idea/concept brought to life tho. |

Was reading an article, which said that the founder/cofounder of GOOGLE is matching the total amount made from the auctions, up to 50 million dollars! So honestly would love to see each pair go for 100k to get as much $$ as possible to the MJF foundation.

Yeh you're right, they awesome but not my style, they're a superhigh top, like a boot size or more. I love 2 figures, the autolace and light up Nike symbol, take those features and apply them to a good looking shoe and you have a winner. These are just pure win though, as far as nestalga is concerned and the profits are going to a very worthy cause.

Have you guys even seen the movie Back to the Future Part II?
![]() They were guessing about what fashion trends would be like 26 years in the future, if the 80's never stopped. Of course they're going to look fugly. At least we still have another four years for that auto-lace feature to get released. Right after they make the hoverboard and flying car.
