Yeah, this was at SDCC this year and it's rumored to be based on Extremis per the concept art that shows it manifesting itself through his pores like the bleeding edge armor did. Also he apparently refers to this as Mark forty-something to which Pepper asks him what happened to all the armors from Mark VII and on....apparently Stark just smiles. Seems like a plausible Tony Stark response.

If there is any difference I sure can't see them. Putting these up so I can see which curves changed if any.

Yeah, after comparing I just cant see which curves you think changed. My eyes suck with subtle details sometimes. Can you circle the differences you see?

I thought it was the shoulders but they do look the same. I just remembered them being more flush with the arms but I guess I misremembered.
