They did back in 2011, but it wasn't very articulated or accurate to the first film.

Huh, I figure if you're not gonna make a new 1/4 scale for the first movie then the third movie would be the go to look for a figure. I would feel safe in assuming that a 1/4 scale update on the original or third is likely down the line since so much can be recycled.
