Has anyone seen a Year of the Horse MP Prime? I would like to get one, and was wondering if there were any in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary area.

Saw one in Winston Salem TRU this weekend while traveling. Did not see one at the Triangle Town Center TRU yesterday. Looks like they are being picked up fast. The TFW2005 sightings forum might have info.

I was at the TRU in Cary at lunch today and saw just a couple of new items. Otherwise not much to report that I noticed. They had the new giant (Masterpiece?) Optimus Prime with the gold accents and clear plastic trailer. (They only had one, along with quite a few Starscreams from the same series.) They also had the Wave 2 Star Wars Mission Series figures (Han and Chewbecca, R2-D2 and C-3PO, etc.). But that's about it.

The Kmart on Capital Blvd in Raleigh is closing. I was there tonight to check out the 20% off toys. They have plenty of the Kmart exclusive SW Ewok Assault Catapults and both sets of Imperial scanner crews. They also had a lot of newer figures like the Captain America 2 line, Spider-Man 2 line, etc. But overall not a very impressive selection, even at 20% off.

Picked up the Han and Luke Lego micro fighters at Walmart yesterday. These little sets are great!!

Pick up one of two Captain America Infinite Series with the Blue SHIELD Uniform. Left one on the pegs at Target in Cary Crossroads at 12:00.

Now I just have to find Black Widow and Winter Soldier.

Saw at least 2 at Brier Creek and Lynn Rd Targets.
No Black Widow.....yet.

Good question. The one in Cary went out of business not too long ago as well. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't all close soon. Aside from the Kmart exclusive Star Wars pieces they've had over the last several years (The Vintage Collection stuff) I don't think I've found anything there I needed.

Hi all! Just dropping a note that the Toys R Us in Fayetteville had 5 of the Year of the Horse Optimus Primes. Priced at $129.99. Could have gotten one for my birthday but passed on it. Was that a mistake??

I went to the Six-Forks K-Mart near Baileywick, and they are not going out...and that's good. That K-Mart is a staple in that area, so they shouldn't go out.

$90 bucks, but probably about right for five 6” figures.
They had 4 sets, I picked up one.

Found the last missing figure, BLACK WIDOW Infinite Series Captain America Winter Soldier. She was on the peg at the new Target at 55/540.

I saw her many weeks ago at Target Knightdale, but I didn't get her..and some guy snatched-her-up to sell on Amazon.com, he said, for $80 i think.

Yeah, cheapest I saw her was $65 on eBay and thought about getting her if she got down to $45.

I had a feeling I would find her, because the first place I stopped at was the Target in Brier Creek and they had restocked for the first time in a couple of weeks. The new Target at 540/55 looked like they had just put out two new boxes. I always check on the pegs and they also have had an end-cap for Captain America. When you see the Winter Soldier and Stealth uniformed Cap, you know you are close.
