Now that we are all hitting Walgreens, I found the Darth and Jedi Luke at the one in Cary.
Still no luck with the Proto Boba.

I finally found Agent Venom the other day at a Walgreen's in Cary. Sadly, I'm still having to hunt there for Power Rangers. If anyone spots an In Space Red Ranger, Zeo Gold Ranger, or MMPR White Ranger in your hunting, don't hesitate to let me know.

Nothing at the Walgreens that I checked in Durham.
Fye at Cary Towne Center has the NECA Pacific Rim Kaiju Scunner and the Robocop 3 with Jetpack figures.

And if you need one, I spotted a Star Wars Black Series 6" Stormtrooper about 3rd figure deep at the Cary Walmart on Kildare.

Didn't see anything interesting at the Walgreens on Wake Forest and on Six Forks today. Did eye the Dr. who figs, though.

You guys have probably already heard by now, but there is a huge deal out there right now for Star Wars The Clone Wars vehicles from the Shadows of the Dark Side line. Ollies has these medium-size vehicles in 2-packs for $19.99. Apparently some Kmarts are getting them for $14.99. I was at the Ollies in Cary yesterday and bought 7 2-packs (14 vehicles!)...I probably looked like an eScalper but I have to admit, it was pretty awesome getting that much stuff for my own collection all at one time. I mean they're basically $10 per vehicle. That's cheaper than a single action figure at this point! There are a lot of different combinations of the 2-packs but just to give you a gist, the different vehicles (off the top of my head) are: Jedi Starfighters for Obi-Wan, Anakin, Plo Koon and Kit Fisto, Cad Bane's Xanadu Blood, Mandalorian Transport, Vulture Droid, Hyena Droid, ATT Droid Battle Tank, Republic Cannon, Jedi Turbo Speeder, AT-AP, Republic Swamp Speeder, Separatist Droid Gunship, etc. Those last two are actually sourced to Star Wars Ep. III but the rest are from CW.

Oh, and there were a couple of Ep. V vehicles as well...Luke's Snowspeeder and the Bespin Cloud Car. Both excellent vehicles if you missed them when they first came out.

I'm pretty sure there was at least one more set with the Mandalorian Transport there when I left. I'm trying to remember which other vehicle it was paired up with. I'll check at lunch and let you know, if that's even important. They're all really good vehicles. And the Mandalorian Transport was IMPOSSIBLE to find when it was first released. It was almost mythical in some areas.

The TRU in Cary had some new Doctor Who figures today at lunch...the 5-inch scale electronic F/X Daleks. Primarily the heavy weapons Dalek from the 7th Doctor's era. They also had the Star Wars Black Series Jabba the Hut if anyone needs that, and also a healthy supply of 50th Anniversary GI Joe sets. And I thought they'd be hard to find.

Yay! I found the Walgreens exclusive Classic Dalek at the Walgreens in Fuquay! They only had one and no other Doctor Who figures.

I had a good toy hunting day yesterday. Scored Generations Skybyte and AOE Voyager Drift along with the Nemesis Prime legends figure (I did not want Cliffjumper). I found all of these at the Walmart off of Glen School Rd. in Durham.

On the way home I stopped by the new Walgreens in North Durham and found the Black Series Darth Vader.

They do look like model kits the way they have them packaged but yes, they are the standard scale for 3 3/4-inch medium-sized Star Wars vehicles.

Saw the new Star Wars Rebels vehicles at the Target in Holly Springs this morning ($24.99 each). I was also surprised to see Firefly ReAction figures on an end cap.

Reaction Figures at Target is great! I love these things. Had to get Rocketeer. Was wanting this figure since the movie came out. Even has bubblegum on the pack.

I picked up Chewbacca and Vader at a Walgreen's near me in Durham. I arrived right when they were putting them and proto Fett on the shelf. Been a few weeks now.

I was paid this week and decided, finally, on what I'm going to invest in. My wife raised an eyebrow at me when I left Target with the Guardians of the Galaxy Infinity figs, Infinity Spider-Man play set, and the Ghost vehicle from Star Wars Rebels. Also ordered DC Multiverse Arkham Knight Batman and Two Face and the Green with Evil DVD set. Still a little room left for a mission pack or figure from Star Wars Rebels if they come out before I get paid next.

Congratz! I found the Boba Fett at Wal-Mart today (the 18" one) and they had a bunch of 39"(?) Storm Troopers.
