Numbers in right leg of bullseye?

HI, IM NEW IN THE FORUM, I HAVE 3 BULLSEYE FIGURES AND TODAY NOTED SOME NUMBERS IN HIS LEG, BUT THIS ONLY IN THE DARK BLUE VERSION, SOMEBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS? OR WHAT MEANS?, THANKS

Not sure what the numbers mean but my Bullseye has this also.

Also seen pics of people finding the "upside down" Spidey with numbers like Bullseye.

I think those are the batch numbers. If something goes wrong during production then they know which batch to look at.
And I have an extra dark Bullseye for trade. I need a Vision.
