That image does seem to match the prototype. I haven't been watching the new cartoon, so are they the flamethrower unit or something?

How does it not match? The armor is the same that was used by the 501st on Orto Plutonia. Even the colors are the same.

A flamethrower Clone trooper would be pretty cool. Especially if he came with that eponymous weapon.
