I have a complete collection of The Shadow figures, from the movie where Alec Baldwin played him...I loved this movie, although alot of people do not. I completely ADORE the figures though. I have two of the Lightning Draw Shadow figures, which I suppose was the only movie accurate figure. I also have a collectors case to keep them all in. The only thing I'm lacking from having everything in that line (not entirely complete lol) are the vehicles, which I'm watching very closely on ebay right now. If you're interested in seeing pics, I could take some. Not often I get to talk about my Shadow stuff. Its one of my passions though, and the only time I could say I have all the figures in a series.

I used to collect tick stuff, had a near complete set, got distroyed in a fire at 1 of my old apt's. I used to have a huge TMNT, ghostbuster collection but sold it off to help pay bills, same with my legos and transformers. I would love to have a mint/nr mint set of Bike Mice from Mars figures and possibly some Reboot figures, mainly grown up Enzo, aside from my normal Marvel/Iron Man collection. I do have the full Mcfarlane Akira set which I think is pretty badass.

Wow its nice to hear of someone that is so passionate about something that is a bit more obscure, ill be honest i have never heard of the movie but i have just put it on to download so ill give it a try. Id love to see some pictures, i write a blog about toys and my 2 boys. I have always loved action figures and really enjoy finding out about toys that people are really passionate about. If you have a spare minute maybe have a look.

Cool, Just checked our your blog, cool you collect FC, famous covers. I used to have green goblin, he was a decent figure. You are right some of them command some big $$ but a lot of them can be bought in lots or for a reasonable rate, and if you have a hard time finding sellers to ship to you, try finding arkers who are willing to make the purchase for you and ship it to you for an extra fee. I've gotten some US arkers to do that for me, send them the $$ via paypal and extra to cover tax, shipping and their efforts, just an idea.

You may dig these
Marvel Famous Cover Huge Lot 13 Thor Storm Green goblin Spiderman Psylocke MIB | eBay

LOT OF 2 MARVEL COMIC FAMOUS COVER SERIES DARK PHOENIX & MR. SINISTER MEGO STYLE | eBay

MARVEL COMICS FAMOUS COVERS 8" FIGURE LOT DAREDEVIL and BLACK WIDOW | eBay

Marvel Famous Covers 8" Limited Aunt May Toybiz | eBay

Marvel Famous Covers Avengers Captain America MIB/NRFB | eBay

If you like these I'd suggest taking a look at Marvel RAH figures, some of the older ones are amazing. Same idea as Famous covers just a more highend version as they come with multiple hands, base, and heads sometime, also detail and clothing is higher grade, thus the higher price tag, check out venom punisher, cyclops, wolverine, magneto, spidey, and blade all awesome figures. Roughly $80-100 each.

Losing my collections in a fire or something like that fills me with dread! i bet you were so gutted! i didnt even realise there were any toys for the tick i may have to look about later online. I didnt really get into biker mice but i occasionally see the figures pop up in charity shops in the UK.

wow thanks for the info ill definitely check them out. i think im due another collection to start hahaha. although i dont think my wife would agree. Part of my collecting is fuelled by giving my boys something when their older that may be worth something. Or just them having something that their dad loved.

I have Armies of middle Earth Lord of the ring figures and a Helms Deep wall/castle that I set up a Diorama. Its a combined helms deep/siege of gondor dio that I used to have in my old place that I had to put in a storage bin since my Gf(now my wife) needed that space for her wardrobe cabinet

I say buy a get a coffee table that has a see through glass top and build the diorama in it, would be awesome, something like that, that way you get that "God" feeling and can look down and hover over the battle scene. I am tempted to do it sometime with MU, have someone make a super detailed base, then place battle scenes all over it and stand above in aww.

As for the RAH items check it

Love

Not gonna lie, they are kinda pricey, In the same price range as Hot Toys and Medicom when it comes to some figures, IE $100 range, but these are limitedly made, well made and badass.

Man, I used to get the Toybiz Iron Man line- for it's time it was incredible to have guys like Whirlwind and Blacklash- and the first really god Hawkeye figure too!

If anyone has that old Hulkbuster figure, I've been looking for one forever! Hydro Armor too!

I still have my old Secret Wars figs- my first Marvel anything toywise. as a kid, I used to have two GI Joe bases set up on my dresser- but the Marvel heroes were the residents!

It's not much of a collection, it's not that old, and it's not even an unheard of or out of the ordinary line of figures. I just have a Star Wars Porkins figure (from the 90's, and it's actually Tiberius') that I just have to have in the group of modern figures. Just felt like sharing.

i used to have the whirlwind and the hawkeye figure, i brought a bult lot off someone a while back for my son to play with but he wasnt all that interested. i should have held on to them really until he was a bit older he probably would have appreciated them then. he's still all about the super hero squad at the moment.

i didn't even realise there was a figure made of him then. i have him in the galactic heroes range that my boys love playing with although he doesnt fit in the x-wing very well.

Thats a nice idea! but I dont think they make coffee table the size of a dining room table lol, thats the table I use for my Lord of the rings diorama. I wished I took pictures of it before putting it away.

Sad I got rid of a ll my He-Man figures. My old TMNT went to my nephews. Got rid of all my MASK toys because I was stupid. Besides all of my old GI Joes and Transformers, I guess the oldest toy I have the most of are the old Toy Biz Marvel/X-Men line. I collected that pretty hard back in the day. I've sold a lot of them off but I still have a lot. I have a bunch in my bst but I'll always hold on to the original X-Men. They meant a lot to me when I was younger and I cherish those memories.

I still have all of my TMNT collection, with all of them in great shape and complete. 50 some odd figures. I got tons of G1 figures, and still have my He-Man as well, though those are less complete and in ok shape.
