Ambassador's Assemble! (Marvel Comics)

If super heroes in marvel, created an embassy that represented the world's super hero affairs, who would all be on it? A representative of each country, which got me thinking who of marvel could fill it?

Kenya - Storm (born from a kenyan princess, and was a tribe's goddess)
Afghanistan - Dust
Saudi Arabia - Arabian Knight
Ukraine - Amazon
Belgium - Belgian Brain
Switzerland - White Cross
Turkey - Flying Carpet
Iceland - Strong man
Greece - Oracle
Finland - Javelin
France - Paladin/Northstar

Latveria - Dr. Doom
Wakanda - Black panther
Atlantis - Namor
Attilan - Black Bolt
Necrosha/Genosha - Selene/Magneto
Utopia - Cyclops

Skrulls - Super Skrull
Kree - Captain Marvel

Can anyone think of more? The idea is Ambassador-esque while kicking butt. Has to be someone well liked and well known by it's origin nationality, and wearing the flag of a nation, royalty, or military training is a bonus. Basic political stuff for picking a figure head. Essentially, the country or reigning nation's champion.

I forgot about Utopia and Necrosha/genosha
China I need someone more positive for, like the people's champion.
Dr. Doom is unique in this nature due to his acts to lead and restore his people, and family. Just like Dynamo is different because of his Reform. Omega Red would work for the soviets though if they still existed. So he's perfect for one of those reunification types.
