I’ll jump if it gets a US release. I loved both pacific rim films, I’m not into the anime stuff but I will try it.

NECA figures were pretty good, but the plastic quality even on the last jaegers they did like Ultimate Gipsy Danger was pretty awful. They never quite got passed that.

Their Kaiju on the other hand were top notch and had little to no QC across the board compared to their Jaeger designs.

It would be cool if this was one of the new licenses NECA got back and they announced they would be doing figures again from the show and the original movies, but I won’t hold my breath.

Diamond Select also had a good run with their Pacific Rim: Uprising line. They were light on the kaiju, but pretty much nailed all the jaegers from the film with few issues. Now if NECA announced they would get the Lise ce back, but only do Kaiju while DST did Jaegers that would be a perfect situation.

Other than that, Atlas Destroyers design is a pretty nice blend between the first and second film’s jaeger design, but I really hope a company that produces figures in the 7in scale makes an announcement of this soon.

$36 is not a bad price, but I'm not seeing that price anywhere. Sucks that it's an exclusive.

The price is listed on the product page. If you're seeing it marked up elsewhere it's because they have to buy it at full price and then charge more to make a profit.

I do like the Pacific Rim universe but as Alan posted, the NECA Ultimate figures were great in concept but left me very disappointed with the weak QC issues, especially with Striker Eureka. That being said this looks nice but as expected by Bandai Robot Spirits line. Though I dont dig the color scheme, I like the Striker Eureka and Gypsy hybrid design. Looking forward to whats to come from Pacific Rim Black.

Ok. Thanks. I’m really loving this show and wanting this figure. Would something like this usually come to US retailers?

It should. The Pacific Rim Uprising figures from Tamashii Nations saw a full US release at regular retail.

I would have to agree...
on the plastic quality.
But, hey....
I had to have...
The 18" Jaege Cherno Alpha, back then...
My biggest disappoitment....
Not having the pilot figures....
and others (Tendo Choi, Newton Geiszler, etc)

Where's my Sasha and Aleksis figures??? =^)

It's up now on Big Bad Toy Store. But at $60, it makes me wonder if they are simply importing it as opposed to a full US release.
