That's a great thread actually, as it posts back to the original owner of said fig, who also did a review and pics of He-Man. Skeletor actually looks pretty damn good. Damn this line!

Looks pretty badass. I just wish they would've painted those things on his wrists. I know the original toy was that way, but I thought the paint app was just left off due to keeping the cost down on a small toy. He looks like he's supposed to have some sort of armor or wrist guards there.....but they're the same color as his skin, so I don't know.

That's a great looking figure, and a mighty temptation to buy if not for the collection that I own of the previous 4 Horseman versions. I did however cave and grabbed a Lord Greyskull. They keep sucking me back in......

Oh man this looks great, just wish it would have been here in time for xmas. Nonetheless, I will probably buy it before spring. I hope we see a redone 2002 version with more articulation later on down the line too, I love the 2002 versions! They just needed more articulation like these new classic versions!

I think it comes down to how the pictures are taken of the figures and in what context. These pics of Skeletor are as if you had it on your desk, as oppose to the other figures we saw of He-Man, where he was in a photo tent. It makes it seem more real.

I made the mistake of waiting for ole Skelly to come out before placing my orders for He-Man and BeastMan ... now im really wondering if Im goin to pick up the line or not. Although your pics General make for a convincing argument.
