I just wish that the Legends Chameleon came with the Osborn head instead of Hammerhead. And it still bugs me that they can put out x-men in the MI scale , but not in Legends??

I wish Chameleon came with a Nick fury head, that looks exactly like the suit Fury (and Chameleon posing as him) wore in the 90's cartoon.

I noticed yesterday that Emma was already sold out at BBTS. Hence why I stopped collecting this bullshit years ago.

What are you talking about scalper prices??. Most places the MI line is $12.99 now. That times 6 = $77.94. Now , yes the singles are a little high. One of the reasons I only do Legends scale stuff now. When GI Joes and Star Wars started hitting 10$ a figure, I decided to tap out of 3.75 inch.

They have never made Closs-a-naught or Northstar in Marvel Legends?? Or Professor X in Hoverchair, or a good Bishop, (not that old Toy Biz massively large Bishop) or Grey Beast (that I consider west coast Avenger Beast anyway. There are a few MI that have yet to make it to Legends. I know that is not much of an argument since Legends gets way more figures than MI, but I am just talking X-men. I wish I could have a legends Northstar and Aurora and Songbird so I could finish out Alpha Flight. (Already have Puck, Sasquatch, and Guardian)

GI Joe is currently $14.99 for a 2-pack with tons of accessories. That comes to $7.50 a figure. They also have 3-packs that retail for $19.99, which is $6.66 a figure. I'd call that a bargain and a half, especially since the Marvel Infinite series is getting to $11-$12 for a single figure, usually with reduced articulation, cheaper plastic, and next to no accessories.

Yea recently target and walmart bumped up all the 3.75 figure prices to around 13.00 here. Star wars, marvel and batman. HTS seems to have them at the 9.99 price still. Hopefully this wave will pop on the site.

I'm not a big fan of that harness desin, and I'm not familiar with the color scheme, but Deadpool is kind of tempting. As are Northstar and Chameleon, who would make for some good customs fodder.

Scalper pricing or bs pricing....either way i meant it as anything over 8 bucks, especially for the garbage that is now sw and mi, is too fin much. Like dolemite said joes are essentially 7.50 for the two packs and thats where any figure at 4 inch scale should be. Anything more is a blatant rip off.

roughly 10$ after tax was where the MU line was best, articulation and sculpting were getting better with every wave, we got stands, and most figures got some kind of accessory (even if it was just a shitty curved energy tornado). the increase in price doesn't bother me as much as the reduced quality. and the overall lack of attention! I wish they would put out accessory packs (weapons energy blasts) displays, play sets, and vehicles (which was the reason given originally for the launch of this scale in the first place) but we never got any of that, and now it seems if you want a decent figure your looking at 25$. if you want vehicles and play sets you have to go to the unarticulated 2" garbage happy meal toys.

Yeah I've been hesitant to get these, but I figured what the heck, keep going till the line dies out which may be soon...I've stated that as well almost better to just go with the Legends instead since they seem to be making almost the exact same in both lines. And the cards are even crappier too without the accessories and what not yeah...the MU stuff is golden now in my eyes compared to this MI stuff.

Agree, I've been able to get all the latest waves from HTS so hopefully I can snag this one as well, but with so many X figures in this one I went with BBTS for now...

Yeah, I guess the joes are back to a good price, but I don't buy much of any of the "NEW" TRu/Shared exclusive joe stuff because it is all repacks and repaints of previous figures from a few years ago. I have all those figures and don't really need extras of figures I already had. The last time I bought Joes was when the last movie came out and the figures were up to around 10$ each for single carded figures.

The last ones I bought was the HEAT Viper/ Blowtorch 2 pack last year because the HEAT Viper was new. And by new, I mean it was going to be in the Retaliation line and the line dies and the HV got stuck in a 2 pack with a figure I already had. I bought 1 just to have the HV.

P.S. Joes were ALWAYS the best thing Hasbro made when it came to value. High articulation and tons of accessories in every figure. Great characters with a ton of variety in designs. I was hard core into joes for a long time (even during the neon colored spring loaded garbage of the 90's) but now Hasbro has just stopped caring about Joes. With no cartoon or movie to carry it, it is dead to them.
I want more than just repacks and repaints and call them "New"

A decent chunk of the new Joe line ARE repaints and re-releases, that is correct. But most of them are figures that have been out of production for a while and/or were poorly distributed and are currently going for a fuckton of money on the secondary market, so I see it as Hasbro's way of saying "thanks" to the fans and "fuck you" to the scalpers.

"Hey, that Rock Viper or Alpine or POC Iron Grenadier have been going for $40+ previously on the open market, but you can get 'em now for a fraction of the price while we also devalue the ebay stuff, lol."

In addition, releases such as green and brown Blowtorch and Python Patrol Croc Master are repaints that were previously cancelled and were brought out due to fan demand. Plus, other figures are just plain fun, such as the black and red Cobra Commander or the updated Spirit Iron Knife.

However, some of the figures in the new series are indeed brand-new, such as Gung-Ho (fans are going nuts for him), Storm Shadow, and Chuckles, to name a few.

TF's and Joes are Hasbros big cash cows...maybe MLP as well haha but yeah, sad that they're not focusing on making Joes for the fans, probably why I've seen a lot of Joe figures on ebay go for insane amount of $.

I wish deadpool was in his classic red outfit. not a fan of the blue/yellow look.

I kinda would have preferred the X-force grey and black deco, while the classic red n' black is and always will be the main Deadpool look it is also (understandably) the one we've gotten the most in this scale. I wish it would've been this mold with all of the same stuff but in his X-force colors instead, especially since the one they already made in the 3 pack used the less good buck so an upgrade would've been appreciated.

Deadpool is pretty dirt cheap on eBay if you want him in red/black or black/grey. I appreciate an Xmen version this time around especially since the team has disappeared for the most part from Disney Marvel.
