Found these at Walmart in Southern California. As far as new sets go, they only had these two. They had price tags for other sets (like the Extremis Battle) but it seemed like they were sold out.

True enough, but I pretty much knew Pepper would wear armor in this movie, and I'm excited to see it anyway.

The Daily Bugle Showdown is one of my favorite recent Lego purchases. I love everything about it.

I saw the Bugle USM set a few weeks ago but spotted three Iron Man 3 sets today at Wal-Mart also.
The figure in the boat is supposed to be Killian, and the War Machine is classic black and silver.

Damn, another Lego set to pick up. Must have that WM, though. At least $20 isn't too harsh. Better than $40 just to get Rescue (or resort to eBay).

Yeah. In the last year Kmart has been surprising me by stocking new products quicker than most stores. Also, Target usually beats everyone to the street date (in my area), but Kmart always beats Target's prices by about 10 cents. Walmart is always weeks behind, and by then I will have already shopped at Kmart.

That Daily Bugle set has been available at TRU and LEGO stores since before Christmas even.

The Iron Man sets (all three of the first wave) are available at LEGO stores and TRU now as well. I picked them all up and they are outstanding.

That's the only one I've actually picked up so far (and I did it solely to have a Lego Deadpool). It's actually a pretty decent set overall.

And yes, Mags is adorable too and he has some cute moments in the comic that comes with it. My only issue with it is the story seems to abruptly end, and I can only assume that it's continued within other sets.

^ Hopefully they do more X-men sets... maybe when the Lego Marvel Superhero game comes out they will do more non-Avengers Lego sets. As well as The Avengers did at the box office I bet X-men are still more popular overall.
