I'm now glad I had to miss the first version, Yay me. I like that this has effects and a more menacing paint job. Hope it looks like that when its released.

Yeah I have a feeling I will get this. I missed the first one. Is this mold any larger than the other SHMA Godzillas? I didn't know if there was a reason for the large price increase (aside from this being an exclusive).

Also, is there a certain reason why Bluefin will not distribute any of these in the US?

Too bad Bluefin is apparently not going to release it because they're dumb. I'm not going to go out of my way to import a toy for a version I don't even care enough about, especially when I still need to get the 54 and GMK Godzillas.

I collect all of Monsterarts usually but this design is hideous! The tiny little useless arms really give it a bad look.

Toho, you finally made a Godzilla that I hate, didn't think you could do it.

According to Randy, the NECA Shin Godzilla is set for Spring release.

While the toy looks cool, i have never seen godzilla able to shoot a beam from his tail.. the price point on this is abit much.

NECA has already screwed up Shin Godzilla. The tail is too short, the head and feet too big, the bendy wire crap...

You have seen how long Godzilla's tail is in Shin, right? The NECA version is missing 40% of its length.

It's that head/jaw that's fully splayed open that really wins me over with this figure, but the NECA tempts me and my budget much more. I'm going to wait and see, but Im really having a hard time deciding to pass

I'll probably get the NECA for the regular look. I skipped the regular Shin release as I assumed it would get bluefin distribution. So I will most likely bite the bullet and get this one.

Bandai's webshop is ONLY for Japan. You have to use a third party like Nippon-Yassan (link posted below). The problem is that you are required to pay for the figure when you order it since Bandai requires payment upfront.

Yes the ShMonsterarts version is much bigger then any NECA or SHMONSTERARTS Godzilla. I do a comparison with NECA 2014 Zilla, and I'm action figure collector (mostly Tranaformers) so I show ALL RANGE of articulation on the figure. Parts that most ShMonsterarts collectors don't even consider moving. Like butterfly joints and double hinged knees, great neck articulation and I show all the measurements. Here check out my review

also do lots of other reviews every other day or so. Subscribe if you like what you see and please leave a comment with the others letting me know it's Dukefett and what you think of the figure and review.

I was lucky I paid about 86 dollars for mine and from what others tell me he has perfect paint and hrs SOLID !! Doesn't come apart at the balljoint and I pose him aroubd pretty heavily! I love the figure lol (I kinda want this one too :P)
