Where are these Slimer (Ghostbusters) toys from?

So... I randomly ordered three little Slimer toys from eBay and they ended up being really small but great looking for the scale (about the size of a penny). The nearest thing in that scale of Slimer that I have seen is the one that comes with Ectotron the new Ecto-1 Transformer. Anyone know where they came from?

I've seen these on Ali Express. From what I can find they are Bandai Desktop Capsule Toys from Japan.
