Please help ID Vintage Large Dark Blue Jet Pack

Hi everyone,
Maybe a fresh set of eyes can help with this long-unknown piece I picked up in a collection some time ago. This one has had me stumped for some time. This approx. 2.5" x 2'5" Dark Blue Jet Pack feels like G1 Transformers plastic but I can't ID this one. Has 2 clips on the back that would slide onto the back of an action figure or robot. Equipped with Chrome Boosters and has spaces on each side that something fits into. Micronauts maybe? Thanks again for the help on this one!
