Help required to ID some toys

I appreciate some help to ID these toys I have, thanks in advance.
I thought the blade spear was GI Joe, but I'm not sure.
The owl seems to be broken off from its metal pegs below its legs.
The bat has a hole on its back.
The pumpkin head is depressed in on one side.

I've ID the bat as one of the many bats that came with the 1998 Special Edition Spiked Spawn in display case.
