Remember Popples? Those cute little critters that could curl up into their little pouches? They were first introduced in 1986 along with a cartoon. Then, they came back for a short time in 2001. Well, now they've been re-released again by American Greetings. They're now called "Pop N' Giggle Popples" and "Poppin Mini Message Popplings". When you open them from their pouch, they make a "pop" sound. And the mini ones can record a message. Overall, they're pretty cute, but geared toward younger kids than they were in the 80s.

I had a bunch of the mini ones - Pocket Popples I think. They were pink and purple.

I had a purple one, but can't remember the name (it didn't have a crown like the one pictured in the first post). My sister gave it to me "because it transformed".
