I started working on an X-Factor Havok figure from an XMO Gambit.

I'm working on the paint right now. I'm hoping to find some Destro boots to attach to the Gambit body to give it a little more height.

I've got plans to make Multiple Man, Strong Guy, Wolfsbane and Polaris. I've got an idea how I'd make Quicksilver, but he was never one of my favorite characters. I would rather make Forge or even Val Cooper.

Nicely done! I'm eager to see the others you mention, too.

I very much want to see Hasbro make the 90's X-Factor team in action figure form! Preferably in the Legends line, but I would settle for Universe. An Evolution-style pack of Wolfsbane's various forms would be awesome!

The Toybiz Strong Guy figure could help out tons for him. He just needs more articulation, he's already to scale.

I realized that my latest custom has a lot of similarities to my very first custom

Both are X-Factor Havoks made from the current Gambit figure. The difference is that I used plastic from milk jug for the collar and I just painted on details instead of sculpting them. Still, I'm glad I kept it around. It was made in 1992 when I was 11

For those who don't remember the Toy Biz Strong Guy, it came out in 1993 and I was excited when it was released (being a huge X-Factor fan)... then I saw his size. He was way too small for the 5" line and he pretty much just sat on the shelf.

He works now. But I don't think I'll use him for my custom project. Mostly he just stands around on my desk because I still think he's kinda cool.
