I am sooooo Spider-man'd out for figures right now. What's the point of the integrated suit if it doesn't come with the spider legs?

I agree about everything. THis is why the MCU, well one of the main reasons why the MCU is in its death phase.

Too much too soon and plus they have insulted the fan base. When hard times happen your core audience will be there, but they pushed them out.

All the Spidey look the same now, just different colors. Too much too soon. Three suits per movie seems to be the new standard I think.

I USED to like Figuarts, but that leg/crotch area is an eye sore. It was supposed to be amazing articulation with great sculpts that hide it. It seems they no longer care about hiding the articulation.

We all know they will simply release another version with proper look.

These are a pass for me. I don't particularly care for that head sculpt either. Surprising, since I would normally collect all things Spidey. These just don't do it for me, though.

Huh? Did I miss something???

Also until the movie comes out to give them better context, as-is these suits just look meh besides the Upgrade suit, which itself is just a re-release from FFH.

I think they're referring to the fact that the movies got delayed repeatedly for so long, really killing fan enthusiasm. Disney caring more about their pocketbook than keeping fans who've financially supported them immersed in the MCU universe. Personally, I feel the same way. I feel like they should've taken the L on Black Widow wayyyy earlier, and maybe even taken a hit on Shang-Chi and just put it on Disney+ without all these "premium access" games. Disney's got enough money they could take the hit and it would've been a big show of thanks to fans.

Anyway. Definitely also agree with the "too much too quickly" bit: a damn movie isn't even released and they're already hyping the next one, plus all the Disney+ content. Hasbro's literally dropping waves almost every week now, it's nuts, who has the money for all that? Mickey doesn't care... hoping we'll keep forking over $ to get a fix, but I think the MCU is going to come crashing to a halt sooner or later.

Glad to see Shang-Chi's getting good reviews, I'm sure I'll enjoy it when I see it, but idk, the product side is just like a mudslide now, I'm having to pull out...

I haven't been a fan of how Disney is running the MCU, in my opinion it will lead to super hero burnout pretty soon.

These costumes are terrible. They get worse and worse with each movie.

Most of the Figuarts (and MAFEX) Spider-Man figures look a tad anorexic.

Just going to wait for the movie, and Spiderman was a huge stretch for a character to keep changing their look. It's understandable for a hero who has little to no superpowers (Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne, etc) but not Spiderman. If anything if any of the leaks are true, its best to just wait. Bandai making the mistake of releasing figures too early without getting all the details right. I've made it a habit years ago to not buy more than 3 of the same figure. Not a good look.

You are totally right but we all know the answer, to milk the fan with another version with spider legs.

Figuarts normally do well with the head sculpts and face printing, but these looks like Tom Holland when he was 12.
