ARRGGH!!! its such crap!

I went to Target today to go pick me up one of each figure since the dpci checker said the had them "in stock". Asked the only employee I saw anywhere near the toys (a decrepit-ly old man) and he went in the back to check, came back out almost 10 mins later to tell me that he's sorry but they can't sell them until the 27th.

Its hard to be mad at a polite old man who is just doing his job, but in the instance of "don't hate the player, hate the game" I'm definitely hating the game right now....Fuck you release dates!!!! I need my freaking plastic fix now!!!

I kinda like that movie batman. Is it a 3 peices CnC bat signal then? That sounds pretty cool. I remember bbts or something sold an awesome bat signal for like 10 bucks

I found them wednesday at 3 different Wal-Marts, only bought Alfred because he was 1 per case. The rest will be clearance fodder just like the Green Lantern figures were. I will also buy Blake when series 2 hits cause you know he will be 1 per case as well.

Well this bane is the only screen accurate version that will be coming out of this toy line,not to mention he is super cool and worth getting,I dont see these movie masters being ross fodder,now the 4" line,yeah,not this line though.

Agreed! I will grab Bane too. Great sculpt and character design. I'm warming up to him being an eeee-vill genius. Wasn't he just a brute in the comics?

6 pieces, so when wave two gets cancelled due to lack of profits (directly related to the losses they'll take with the BS 3 3/4 line) we can all bang our heads against the wall while enjoying our half complete bat signal.....

I tend to agree, I'm worried wave two might get the plug pulled or at best be short run/bad distro. Meaning the Bat Signal (the only reason to collect both waves) will be expensive and hard to complete.

I will get some 4 inchers when they inevitably hit Ross. The gadgets are very cool for 6 inch scale figures.

i kinda wish they would have a batman universe figs kinda like they did with the green lantern figs with the build a figure . i know these movie masters are suppose to be like that but would be cool to get some random comic ones

Also, another sigh because I was hoping they would finally go back to the yellow insignia given the movie is supposed to be 8 years later.

He IS an evil genius. Or at least was. The reason why he managed to "break" the Bat in Knightfall was not because of brute strength (although it helped at the literal sense) but because he formulated an ingenious plan of stressing Batman out and going after him at his weakest. Sadly, he's usually depicted as a brute nowadays.

I think they learned their lesson with the GL movie Masters last year. You had to get 11 of the 12 figures they made to complete Parallax, I was one of those sad people that got all of Parallax ( I mean it looked terrible but is about 14 inches tall:) and I had to get the last 6 figures from BBTS to finish him because you never saw any hit stores after the wave 3 with Sinestro. With the new DKR line I think we will see all 6 at retail.
