I really liked the evil, through-the-looking-glass version of Green Arrow from the Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths animated movie. In the movie, he is called simply, "Archer," and he serves as one of the Crime Syndicate's Made Men.

When I was young, Earth-2 was called Earth-3, and since this time the same Earth is sometimes called Anti-Matter Earth.
