Naruto SDCC Nine tails chakra mode

Guys, by any chance do you know what will be the deal with the Toynami NARUTO NINE-TAILED CHAKRA MODE ACTION FIGURE?

For some reason, Toynami´s page says "Preorder" but I really cannot find any place to buy it (call it the site or any other store) Toynami
Will it be available only at Comic Com?
