Watermarking

sup ark. i just wanted to let everyone know that watermarking your pix is a gud idea. over on instatgram i posted this shot
http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/...228_150807.jpg
and one of the guys there told me someone already posted it on facebook. this was the 1st place i posted this pic months back and apparently someone took it and posted it as their own. i know alot of ppl feel the same way i do when we put thought into our shots, having them stolen is no megusta lol
i found a app on android that i use to watermark EVERY pic i post now like this
http://i1188.photobucket.com/albums/..._115709_wm.jpg
sorry for the rant but i figured everyone should know and start doing it

Add watermark free version. Its a blue and purple stamp that has A and W on it

I agree with you on the watermarking idea -- however as a tip, you probably (unfortunately) need to put the watermark through some nice portion of your photo. That second picture -- the watermark is in an all-white area. If someone wanted to steal that, they could wipe out that watermark with something simple like Microsoft Paint; much less if they have any better software (Photoshop). Gotta put the watermark someplace where it would make it not worth the effort to steal and edit.

This 1000X. Example, I took your pic and in less than 10 seconds removed the watermark as if it was never there to begin with.

Absolutely. But if you truly want to protect your images, you are going to have to sacrifice some of the visual aesthetics. So it can be an internal struggle.
