I think they announced at Comic-Con that they will be available next year. January I think.

I saw the new Hulk and the whole new 4 pack with Flash Venom and Lizard (gobby and spidy too) at my Disney store Saturday, but no singles of the Flash Venom or Lizard yet.. I really want that new Hulk to make a custom 2099 Hulk out of..:-/

If that new Hulk had purple pants I would've bought him. I still might get him, but it's not a must have Hulk for me.

They didn't have him yet. I promise you'll see him in the "look what I just got" thread as soon they do though because that's a figure I need to own.
