Jimster Just placed a non received complaint with Paypal within 24 hours of paying me for a Gentleman ghost. He claims I did not verify the payment fast enough and wants to hold my money till he receives the figure!

Jimster likes to file disputes with paypal less than 24 hours after paying for a figure!!! then he wants you to mail him what he wants and will then he will remove the dispute!! sorry dude it doesn't work that way.
and for your info I got the first email from Paypal while I was in standing in line at the post office, I almost sent it, thought better of it and instead I had my friend that works there hold it. good thing.

You filed a dispute James, your money is tied up with paypal. it will be resolved by paypal in the allotted time, Thats where impatience has landed you.

Don't deal with Jimster, he doesn't pay you when he says he will and then when he finally gets around to it, if you don't immediately email him back he files a claim with paypal against you!!

I had a situation with jimster myself when wave 10 started hitting. I live in Canada and had no access to them, so he agreed to look out for a set for me, and in exchange, I picked him up a Gentleman Ghost, Hawkgirl, and Robot Mantis from an LCS.

Time went by and he was having no luck, and I asked him if I found someone else to hook me up with wave 10 if he'd give me the cash for the three wave 8 figs. He said no problem. I then found someone who could get me the figs. I told jimster and he said he'd have the money in a couple of weeks. That time shows up, no money and a promise that he would have the money in a week at his next pay. This was end of October, he was going to get back to me November 5th.

When that week was up, I began PM'ing him about my cash. I explained that I couldn't return the figs I got for him as the LCS would only exchange them or give store credit. I also explained that I had spent my wave 10 money on his figs and had a guy who had already bought me a set waiting for payment, which I didn't have cause jimster wouldn't give it back to me.

I never heard back from him.

Ever.

Despite numerous PMs, he never even had the courtesy to reply to me. Not once. I ended up having to sell part of my collection to come up with the cash he wouldn't give me back.

Proceed with extreme caution.

Hello at the risk of once again getting kicked off. Paypal sided with me OttoDestruct because of your comments directed to me in their resolution center. Whether I acted irrational or not it was you who decided respond in the manner that you did.
Quantum I am sorry but that price was way too high. I still got some extra wave 10's if you want to trade.
Believe it or not I have traded with a couple of members here and have had no problem just ask jokerfan

I'd like to add a bit of positive feedback for jimster here. He asked for a MU Iceman, paid me $10, and received it as promised. No issues.

The whole transaction was clean and pleasant. I double checked my paypal after reading this thread, and sure enough, the money's still mine.
