Doom? Which is this?
 

I know its FF DOOM and a 6" but is it a marvel legends or a custom or what?

Looks like it might be a shot from a Toy Fair or SDCC display. It might be an upcoming release, even if the figure in the actual display is not a painted prototype.

Sometimes Hasbro will commission customizers to create a figure to put in the display either as a placeholder for an upcoming figure that hasn't hit the prototype stage yet, or as a way to gauge interest in a character they might do in the future.

If we knew when and where the pic was taken, it might help to figure it out for certain.

I found out it was a display of wave 3 of marvel legends its the variant for the wave 3 Dr Doom, wave 3 came out already with deadpool and xforce variant but no one sells or has seen this doom. The regular one has been released already but I see no dr doom ff version. Whatsup with this?

It will probably show up in a revision wave sometime next year as a running change, similar to the way Thunderball/Piledriver, Masked/Unmasked Daken, FF Spidey and the Madames were done.
