Old Toy Car, can't find another like it
 

A friend of my Father gave me this old toy car about 25 years ago.

Back then when he gave it to me, he said it was old, but I can't find anything even similar to it.

Anyone have any ideas?

I remember these cars from when i was a kid in the 70s being sold at Supermarkets in blisterpacks without the display and still have one like it somewhere. I am pretty sure they were made by ZEE Toys. Here's a link with a Honda Drag Bike that looks like your isplay and it is made by Zee. If the car is removable, I bet it says Zee on the bottom. Zee made a lot of great toys - while i was looking at this, I saw a lot of other items i remember from the 70s like Metal Men and other cars I had that I haven't thought about since i was little.
