Broken Arrow broken?
 

Anyone know how I can actually get Broken Arrow to give me a refund? I ordered three items on June 17 so I could make customs for my wife for xmas. I figured 5 months was more than enoguht time.

As it stands I have tried emailing the on four occasions andhave requested a refund through paypal twice, they have ignored my communications and denied me a refund.

Has anybody been able to geta refund from these people?
