Found these yesterday. Not sure if anyone else has.

For some reason those remind me of the Real Ghostbusters toyline.
Haven't seen them yet myself. So far, the only thing passed wave two I've seen was the deluxe Flingers. Which I found friday, but couldn't get anywhere near them as some woman had parked her fat ass and cart right in front of that display to have a chitchat with some other woman about nonsense, and had no intention of moving. In factm she kept giving me funny looks.

Not 100% sold on these, but If the heads are removeable and fit the original figures, I may be weak and break down, would love multiple headcasts.

Found mine at Target in Millville NJ yesterday, freaking love this line!

I have the new ones plus the first wave except for SPLINTER! He's just impossible to find. I've been making the rounds every day to every Target and Walmart and TRU in a 10 mile radius, no luck.

I need this wave as well as each of the ooze packs.

i found them at a walmart in norristown PA

there was also a printed out sign in the toy section saying that new spring toys will be stocked on friday the 18th.

dont like how they look all i saw was ooze canisters didnt see turtle charcters yet always sold out but looking at these could go 50/50 be sold or not to be sold out

Saw 3 of the four at one Walmart on Sunday and all four at a different Walmart this morning. And I agree with CJ - definitely a RGB feel to them. Personally, I don't see the point from a story perspective, but maybe they'll have some background info explained in the show.

Didn't realize how new these were. I saw them at a Target near Long Beach, CA on sunday the 13th.

They also had the original turtles so I finally caved and bought them.

New TMNT Line
 

As iam in England ive been told by the distributer for Playmates TMNT UK that we are 5 months behind on releases. However these new TMNT lines are fantastic. Hopefully i will look into adding these to my collection and the future releases! :)
