Looks good, would love to know articulation range, and official price on these along with seeing more of them. I like Cap but not enough to drop $80+ on a giant version of him without knowing that more of his buddies I want are being made!

The FP story reveals that Thor and Iron Man are up next. Hulk is also a possibility. Price will be between $80 - $90 as BBTS has it firmly in the middle at $85.

Ironman is worth dropping the $$ for, cap/thor not a major rush for me, but a black widow, hulk or nick fury, even pepper potts I'd get also warmachine.

I hope they continue past the announced figures as well. Stopping at only 3 of the characters makes the whole line a little less desirable.

Wow this looks amazing but not really a Cap fan. Will the other announced figures be around the same price range? (Thor, Iron Man etc...).

Yeah, NECA's 1/4 Scale figures usually run about $90 at retail.

king1026 01-28-2013 02:52 PM

this could possibly be poor man's hot toys version

snake5289 01-28-2013 04:17 PM

I'd love a Thor like this.

I like the sculpts and the scale, price is pretty good too consider how big they are, but I'm an IM collector so he's the only 1 and Warmachine I'd get if I could. Now Black Widow, Hulk, PP are figures I'd pay to see made, but if there's no Hulk or Widow it's like the Walmart Exclusive line, but 3-4x the price and even less figures.

If they're around $90 + shipping which I'd expect to be in the $30-50 range due to package size/weight, it's not much more to get a hot toys figure, If you go for the old figures or dx version will be $2-300, but You can get a Hot toys Odin shipped for like $180, and other figures for not much more.
