Earth Mode Shockwave
 

Thought I would give Shockwave some kind of earth mode. I used the Beast Hunter Optimus Prime figure and gave him the DOTM Shockwave head and a left gun hand. Then painted him with Testors Acrylics into his G1 colors.

wow. very very nice!!!!! how do you get it so that theres no hinge or paint rub where parts touch thats my biggest fear with transformers

There will always be some rubbing somewhere. Other than that, just washing properly and sanding, and using thin coats of paint.
