BBTS pissing me off!
 

Alright, so I got the new Figuarts War Machine. Its missing a piece, ok no problem. So I contact bbts. They say I have to preorder again and they will send me a return shipping slip.
It's been a week!!!
I have been exchanging emails with the Customer Relations Manager Mike.
His emails go like this:
First, Can you send a picture?
Next email: What is missing?
Another email: Can you receive shipping slip from email? (OBVIOUSLY!)

What other sites do yall buy from? I'm considering a switch if this isn't resolved soon.

BBTS is alright I only go with them cause they don't charge sales tax, but other then HTS there the only ones I go to that's decent if I don't get it from retail first.

I don't get too much off of BBTS because of their prices. They have good stuff and I've always gotten good service but I can usually find stuff cheaper. They are a good option for buying figures by the case though. It depends on what you are looking for but I can usually get retail stuff from friends online and my LCS gets a fair amount of the specialty items with no shipping cost. Other than that it's just Amazon as most other toy sites charge more than BBTS or I've heard too many horror stories.

For figuarts and import stuff I have been buying mostly from HLJ and amiami. They are cheaper, especially if you are getting multiple things at once and the shipping price becomes more reasonable. They don't always get in more stock of certain things so doing the preorder is wise.

I only buy from BBTS if Amazon does not have what I want. With that said, I have never had an issue at all, so maybe this is just an isolated incident as I have been buying from them for 10 years now.
