Looks like we just need to take this figure, swap in the arms from the retail version and then we'll FINALLY have the fully articulated Shredder we all wanted in the first place....

So is this just like the last SDCC turtle exclusive a retail figure with a paint job and glued into a fixed pose?

doubt it, hes got shoulder and knee and hip artic in this pic at least

Dang where would you get this after the con? And not off of Ebay...

How hard would it be to swap out the arms or the legs?

how come shredder speaks with a perfect american accent? he's japanese. splinter speaks english with a foriegn accent but not shredder.

That's cool, really wouldn't mind getting this one, wonder where online it can be bought?

If you look closely at last years SDCC exclusive, Leo had the same points of articulation but yet was unable to move

Even if he's static, that is a excellent looking shredder
