Why is it that every Doll, Action Figure, or Statue of Tom Baker as the Doctor always has him so wide eyed that he looks like he's tripping balls?

Big Chief Studios has just gone out of business. According to Big Chief, The 4th Doctor was supposed to be out in September. So shouldn't those be on a boat now? Another company got the unreleased Eaglemoss stock, so has anyone heard of another company acquiring BCS's finished stock?
