Marvel Now Thor by BAD MOON
 

Here is a Marvel Now Thor I put together tonight. I'm really digging this more badass look for Thor and I borrowed a bit of design from multiple artist's takes on the outfit. Hope you can dig it! The new Avengers Assemble 5-point articulation Thor is good for something...his head!

body/hammer - MU Thor
arms - MU Hercules
head - Avengers Assemble Thor
modded MU Thor neck joint to fit AA Thor head
completely repainted head & body

Now that's a good head, I'm shocked that they made it comparable with MU. Figured there wouldn't be a ball joint, good to see I was wrong!

It is a good head. It looks a tad small at first compared to the Olivier Coipel inspired MU Thor head, but that head is pretty stylized and may actually be on the large side. You'll need to mod the MU Thor neck joint to get the new head to sit at the right depth.

What exactly have you did to fit the head in the body perfectly?

Those 5 poa Avengers Assemble figures are actually pretty good for what they are. The heads are fantastic sculpts, especially if you are looking to do those characters in their Marvel Now costumes.
