Oh how I wish this had been a Hot Toys announcement.

Hopefully Sideshow will do a decent job.

I think the preview pic looks pretty good. It's got a well done likeness. Looking forward to seeing the full reveal.

It looks cool, butnot $200ish cool.

So says the guy who owns just about every single KR Figuart out there. ;)

But seriously, I won't be picking one up either. If I had $200 to blow, there are several other items that would take priority first (MP Soundblaster, for one).

This might be my first real "doll" Its too fucking cool to say no. Kurt Russel in any John Carpenter movie is well worth any price. Its the doll factor that would be hard to swallow. I kinda like action figures more than things with clothing.

I love Snake and all but give me a Jack Burton from Big Trouble and I am yours :-)

And I'm with you. I might even sell a few Transformers to make sure I could afford to get one, if HT or SS ever did it.

I feel exactly the same way. I have a Sideshow Jason Voorhees and that's the only thing I have in my collection that's remotely doll-like. Still, cannot pass this guy up.

YES! Incredible that we don't have a "good" BTILC line. The one released years ago was crap.

So now the race is on for a reviewer to measure the figure and say, "I thought he'd be taller"

Does anyone know what time he's going up for pre-order? I've been checking all day and nothing.
