I wonder why they can't just update the credit card information and keep the existing order? BBTS seems to have absolutely no trouble doing this for their preorders.

Then again, BBTS doesn't lock you into only one payment method for everything you buy from them.

Don't wunna' not gunna' is a great policy on how to run their business so why change it now?

Seriously, I remember the first figure delay forever ago and we ere told it wouldn't happen again because Scott said it was going to get better just like customer service.

I guess they don't know when individual orders will ship since they didn't number the ponies they strapped the Grayskull's on.

Why are issues like this STILL happening on a regular basis? It's been years now....not days, not weeks...YEARS!

I'm sure he will blame China and logistics, it always seems to be the way he operates, yet if it's something that makes him look good he claims he has full control of everything.

His outright lies and doubletalk are the reason I stopped buying anything from them and giving them my money,

Yeah most of my transactions have been from other people and Big Lots.
