It'll be interesting to see how he turns out and what all they include with him. I'm also really curious to see who else they might do. Since it doesn't look like McFarlane will be doing anything else with the franchise, I kinda hope NECA will be able to get the licensing to do some 7" figures.

Based on what design? He's got a new design in each game.

Please be Halo one, or better yet, 2/3 with multiple guns like SMGs and a BR.

I really don't care for his Halo 4 design, and would prefer his more iconic looks.

I'll be surprised if it's not his Halo 4/5 design. It's the most currently relevant one, and makes the most sense. Though if they plan on doing anyone else from precious games, like Johnson, releasing one of Chief's previous designs would be more likely. Though I still imagine they would start with his current design, and then later release figures of his past armors.

Bleh. I like the H4 armor, just not for the Halo universe. Looks too Japanese.

Basically my thoughts. It's a fine design, but in Halo, as Chief? No thaks. He will always be the 2/3 Mark VI suit to me.

Generally a lot of Halo 4 stuff like weapons and vehicles and enemys look fine, but totally un-Halo-like. Before Covenent tech was simple, streamlined and smooth with lots of deatils in the "cracks." Likewise UNSC stuff was angular, boxy, rugged. Now everything is over-detailed, everything is curved and angular. The Sparta IV's in Halo 4 look like something out of a completely different franchise.

I hated the grunts look in halo 4, but if NECA made a halo 2/3 master chief that'd be cool.

The H4 design always looked closer to 2 than the H2 looked to 1, if you ask me. No one did though.
