Its probably early to ask but what scale is this? Will they be articulated?

They're all likely statues and/or busts. Their statues are usually 1/4 scale, their busts usually life size.

Pop Culture Shock has moved into a lot of digital sculpting. Though I do believe they touch up the sculpt by hand for added details.
