Chuck Builds GI Joe Kreo Blowtorch
 

This may be a bit hard to believe but I feel Kreo Blowtorch may be a better figure than the 25th or POC versions. The limbs can move freely and hold the blowtorch easily and in a believable manner. The colors pop on this Kreon while the backpack and torch are a fun build. Pick this one up if you can find it online.
