Very curious. The add says "Not sold in stores"...so does that mean the only way to get Boba Fett is to preorder him? I want to be able to see it in package before I purchase it.

Early reports indicated stores would be getting stock of the items.

I pre ordered 2 of each. It says they are due to ship in October, other reports said they would hit stores in Aug, but who cares. If this saves me from running around all over trying to catch one THEN SO BE IT. IF I happen to see one in store randomly I might grab one just in case, but I will be happy to wait the extra time just to make sure I get them.

I am glad they getting in on the action..can always use new blood...problem will always be scalpers with connections or no job getting all the exclusives first....theres nothing like going on a hunt and seeing that 1 figure you been looking for on the shelf.
but I aint got gas like that to hit 10-15 spots day anymore..
perhaps I shoulda got 2 each instead....

And we've seen other sites have similar marking that items were not available in stores when the preorder showed up (TRU for one). Could just mean they aren't available in store yet and they don't want unhappy people showing up every day looking for them when they haven't shipped yet.

you will have to check back semi regularly. They are supposed to hit stores in August but who knows...they will be in stores at some point though
