The second pic in your first post looks like a vintage Star Wars POTF Amanaman figure.

The weird He-Man figure looks like someone's poor attempt at a custom (or it's a really bad knock-off).

Thank you so mutch! it is a POTF Amanaman from 1984 in realy good shape. To bad i do not have is staff! :)
