can anyone ID my alien??

I have nearly zero information to give about this alien. He is about 12 inches tall and his middle finger is moveable. His head is actually soft plastic and you can squeeze it. The only marking on it that I can find is "2002 Hasbro made in China" none of which has helped me figure out who or what this alien character is from. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
