Vintage Musket ID
3 Attachment(s)
I purchased this from a carboot as I liked the fairly ornate metal work. I have no idea about it. It doesnt even say a manufacturer. It has deer on the sides, a small squirrel on the side of the butt and a viking on the butt. The hammer strikes a small pin when shot which can be covered to act as a safety. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It doesn't look like a toy to me.
Is it a real musket, or a toy gun that's made to look vintage? |
It is a toy musket as it is made from plastic and metal. I must say though it is a very detailed toy and I have not seen one as detailed before, this was partly the reason I purchased it. I also expect that it is relatively old as it is well constructed. I purchased it from someone who does house clearances. It was full of cobwebs when purchased.

I think it's a replica of Jack Sparow's musket from Pirates of the Carribean.
